TelAve News/10906797
NILES, Ill. - TelAve -- For over 60 years, Jeron Electronic Systems, Inc. has engineered mission-critical communication and alerting solutions for healthcare and commercial facilities worldwide. Built entirely in the USA, Jeron's solutions are highly scalable and configurable, delivering 24/7 reliability so operations continue without interruption—even in emergencies. Jeron customers are supported nationwide by a network of certified distributors for local sales, installation, and fast, knowledgeable support.
Jeron continues to make significant investments in its U.S.-based manufacturing operations, reinforcing the company's commitment to delivering high-quality communication and life safety solutions with greater speed, reliability, and scalability. The modernization initiative includes a comprehensive redesign of the manufacturing facility, enhanced operational workflows, and the addition of advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment and UV-LED flatbed inkjet printing systems. These upgrades strengthen Jeron's ability to maintain competitive lead times, improve production efficiency, and respond more effectively to evolving customer needs while supporting long-term growth and innovation.

"These process changes are about quality and quite frankly, being competitive," said Joanna Wildhart, Production Supervisor. "They show how we're building flexible, long-term manufacturing that can meet today's demand, support future launches, and strengthen our production footprint — while continuing to invest in the people who make it all possible."
Joanna continues, "Jeron's latest addition of the UV printer is primarily to replace the silk screen process in the factory but the sky's the limit on other uses including customization of colors, adding custom logos, providing braille, and much more."
Jeron's highly reliable and scalable systems ensure that customers can depend on them for routine and emergency situations. With over 97% of all components sourced in the USA, Jeron systems and service components are always available in a timely manner to ensure end-users' systems are installed quickly and maintained professionally.
Ericka Baran, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing states, "As our solutions in specific environments evolve, we firmly believe that we are on the cusp of best practices in design and innovation. Our family-owned business is incredibly proud of how much Jeron has accomplished in the past 61 years. Our employees, distributorships, and partners have contributed so much to our incredible growth and there's no end in sight."
