JWELL Machinery Accelerates Global Expansion: Overseas Pioneers Lead the Way as the Service Hub + Factory Model Empowers Customers Worldwide
TelAve News/10907307
CHANGZHOU, China - TelAve -- Recently, He Haichao, Chairman of JWELL Machinery, visited JWELL Liyang Factory and gathered with overseas marketing pioneers stationed abroad at the frontline of global markets. Centered on the "Service Hub + Factory" model, they discussed ways to further deepen the global layout of jwell extrusion machinery and localized services.
Saluting the Pioneers: Authentic Strength from the Frontline
At the seminar, overseas marketing teams took turns sharing market trends, customer feedback and competitive landscape in their respective stationed countries.
From the Americas, Eurasia, North Africa to Southeast Asia, JWELL overseas staff serve on the frontlines across more than 120 countries and regions. They act not merely as product promoters, but also brand ambassadors of JWELL, supporting customers across a wide range of extrusion applications, including sheet extrusion machinery and compounding extruder solutions.

During the discussion, Chairman He emphasized that teams must focus on clients' actual demands and continuously upgrade localized services. Only in this way can JWELL Machinery not only go global, but also take root and thrive locally.
Service Hub + Factory: A Core Strategy for JWELL's Global Expansion
During the meeting, Chairman He and the marketing team conducted in-depth discussions on JWELL's core global strategy — the "Service Hub + Factory" model, which the company is accelerating to implement.
Since JWELL accelerated its global expansion in 2025, JWELL has centered its efforts on exploring global markets and prioritizing customer needs. The company has phased the construction of overseas after-sales service centers, upgrading qualified regional outlets into comprehensive "Service Hub + Factory" bases.
Chairman He stated that the essence of the "Service Hub + Factory" model is to bridge the last mile of customer service. By setting up local marketing offices, after-sales centers and spare parts warehouses, JWELL integrates localized services and local production in a coordinated manner, building a sustainable and virtuous business cycle.
Only by getting closer to customers can we truly understand them; only by rooting locally can we serve the world sincerely.
