The award, presented as PNAA marks 25 years of supporting the growth and global competitiveness of the Pacific Northwest aerospace cluster, recognizes individuals whose impact extends beyond their own organization to strengthen the industry as a whole.

For more than two decades, Dan has built Kocer Consulting & Engineering around a simple idea: manufacturers deserve a partner who listens first, then helps them realign their operations, systems, and people for long-term success. Since founding the company in the aftermath of September 11 — a moment when the economy had all but frozen — Dan has guided the firm to work with more than 400 companies on capacity expansion, quality improvement, cost reduction, workforce development, information systems, supply chain, facility planning, customer service, and interim management.
