Lawsuit Against Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Meta Platforms and Others in High-Stakes Privacy Breach
TelAve News/10885817
A UK litigant alleges ongoing illegal surveillance, misuse of private information on a massive scale, coordinated harassment, retaliation, intimidation and gross human rights abuses
UXBRIDGE, U.K. - TelAve -- A claimant, Buppha Wittaya-Amponpunt, has brought a civil lawsuit in the UK on 17 December 2025 against Elon Musk, X.com, Mark Zuckerberg, Meta Platforms, TikTok, the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, and other defendants, alleging decade-long illegal surveillance, misuse of private information on an industrial scale, intimidation, retaliation, coordinated online and offline harassment, sexual harassment, and related causes of action.
The claim, filed in the High Court (The Royal Court of Justice - King's Bench Division, London) raises issues concerning privacy rights, digital platforms, and alleged severe human rights violations arising from online and offline conduct.
According to court filings, the claimant alleges that multiple defendants, acting individually and in concert, engaged in a sustained pattern of intrusive data misuse, illegal surveillance, image-based abuse, racial and sexual harassment, both online and offline, and retaliatory conduct over an extended period.

The defendants deny liability. The proceedings have been temporarily stayed by the court to allow the claimant, who is acting without legal representation due to the alleged obstruction of her access to lawyers, which may constitute a violation of her human rights article 6 (right to a fair trial), to amend and clarify the Particulars of Claim in accordance with procedural rules.
The Claimant alleges that over a prolonged period her private life was unlawfully monitored, recorded and disseminated widely, probably globally, and that her original literary and creative works were accessed without consent through alleged hacking and other illicit means. The claim further alleges that this material was disseminated to third parties without authorisation, resulting in loss of income, loss of future professional opportunities, and significant psychological harm, including severe PTSD.
The proceedings also claim that the claimant was subjected to ongoing, coordinated harassment and retaliation, including conduct said to have interfered with her ability to secure and maintain employment.
