Steven Zale, Case No. 22CHCV00004 filed a Dismissal/Settlement with the Los Angeles Superior Court Chatsworth Courthouse.  Both parties came to a mutual settlement in the case. Defendant Steven Zale states- The parties came to a mutual agreement to finally settle this matter dating back from March 30^th, 2016.  The matter was settled professionally and timely. - Zale states-"The parties came to a mutual agreement to finally settle this matter dating back from March 30^th, 2016. The parties agree and stipulate that this action is to be dismissed without prejudice and the court will retain continuing personal and subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to California Code  of Civil Procedures 664.6."
