RIVERDALE, Utah - TelAve -- Dwight Braswell is the founder of Complete Leadership Academy and Flag Football with Coach D. Through his Manager vs. Leader teaching, he helps managers and business owners lead people with clearer conversations, practical coaching, and shared ownership.

Dwight's dad, a retired Air Force colonel, spent time giving Dwight leadership scenarios that they unpacked together. At 17, after becoming a top salesperson, Dwight was promoted to supervise a team of 12. His background includes leadership roles at MCI, Zillow, and Trulia; keynote speaking for McDonald's general managers; leadership development with Rocky Mountain Ace Stores (Ace Hardware); and training for Army National Guard recruiters. He has spent more than 12 years consulting and owns multiple businesses with teams around the world.
