EDMOND, Okla. - TelAve -- Junk Platoon, a local veteran-owned junk removal and dumpster rental company, is giving back to the community by hosting a Free Dumpster + Donuts Community Cleanup Event for Edmond residents.

The event will take place May 9, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the parking area of Edmond History Museum.

Residents are invited to bring unwanted household clutter and small junk items for free disposal while enjoying complimentary donuts. The goal of the event is to help families declutter, beautify the community, and create a fun local gathering.

"We wanted to create something simple that gives back to Edmond while helping people clear out unwanted items," said Abe of Junk Platoon. "It's about serving the community and bringing people together."
