Major Upgrade for Raytron Micro Thermal Imaging Module at SPIE Photonics Europe: New Performance Meets Diverse Customer Demands
TelAve News/10823461
STRASBOURG, France - TelAve -- Raytron, a pioneering leader in infrared imaging technology, is set to unveil its groundbreaking TINY2-C Micro Uncooled IR Camera Sensor Module at the SPIE Photonics Europe 2024, taking place from April 9th to 10th in Strasbourg, France. Boasting exceptional performance and a myriad of interface options, the TINY2-C addresses critical pain points from handheld terminals to surveillance drones, and firefighting helmets to medical imaging devices. Whether it's enhancing night vision capabilities for drivers or providing critical thermal data in firefighting scenarios, the TINY2-C empowers users to tackle challenges with confidence and precision.
At the core of the TINY2-C lies the InfiRay ASIC, delivering unparalleled imaging capabilities that redefine industry standards. Its compact form factor, measuring at a mere 13.2mm×13.2mm×8.75mm, coupled with an integrated shutter, ensures seamless integration into a plethora of applications while consuming a mere 150mW of power during regular operation, a leading tech in the industry.

"The TINY2-C sets a new benchmark for infrared imaging technology," remarked Jason Xu, Business Development Manager of Raytron. "With its robust performance, low power consumption, and versatile interface options, it's poised to revolutionize how industries approach thermal imaging."
Beyond its performance prowess, the TINY2-C offers a rich array of features designed to cater to diverse user needs. Its extensive interface compatibility, including DVP, VOSPI, MIPI, and USB, facilitates seamless integration with virtually any SOC platform, enhancing flexibility and ease of use.
One of the most compelling features of the TINY2-C is its revolutionary shutterless technology, which eliminates the need for shutter calibration, reducing shutter frequency and enhancing user experience across the board.
Furthermore, the TINY2-C is available in both imaging and temperature measurement versions, catering to a wide range of applications. The imaging version delivers high-frame-rate output, while the temperature measurement version offers precise thermal readings, with optional lens sizes ranging from 2.0mm to 7.0mm.
