The Law Office of David Hyde is proud to announce a successful appellate outcome on behalf of our clients, True North Quality Homes and Bien Vie. The Illinois Fourth District Appellate Court has reversed a 2024 trial court ruling and reinstated all zoning approvals for The Parker, a planned luxury cottage resort in Galena.
This ruling follows nearly two years of litigation and restores the City of Galena's annexation, rezoning, and PUD approvals, allowing this transformative development to move forward.
