SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - TelAve -- Graduation changes the way you think about what you've been building.
I just finished my Master's in Journalism at the Walter Cronkite School — the number one broadcast program in the country — and walking out of that program with a degree in one hand and an active DJ residency in the other made something obvious: I've been living the mission the whole time.
Media. Music. Moments. That's not a tagline. It's a framework.
Most people find me through the DJ side — a Friday night at Estelle, a corporate event at Life Time, a poolside set at Mountain Shadows. And that's real. That's where the brand lives in the room, in front of people, making moments happen in real time.
But the work doesn't stop when the music does.
What Cronkite sharpened in me is the other side of this: how you show up when the room isn't in front of you. Content strategy. Social media. Storytelling that actually connects. The ability to build a brand presence that works every day of the week — not just Saturday night.
