During his tenure at Aloe Care Health, Puplampu played an instrumental role in developing advanced voice-activated medical alert systems, showcasing his expertise in sophisticated embedded systems.

His career highlights also include significant positions at BD, Latch Access, Sterling Medical Devices, and Aeroflex Wireless Systems, where he led firmware and electrical engineering teams. These roles have seen him manage the development of embedded products across a spectrum of applications, from medical devices to consumer electronics and safety-critical instrumentation.
