MIAMI - TelAve -- Moss Construction proudly broke ground on Mast Capital's Cipriani Residences Miami on February 13, celebrating a significant milestone in the evolution of Brickell's skyline.

Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica, Cipriani Residences Miami is poised to be Brickell's tallest building at a staggering height of 950 feet above ground level. The 84-story nautical-inspired skyscraper, planned for 1420 South Miami Avenue, will feature a collection of 397 residences, including exceptional penthouses with private pools.

Residents will enjoy an array of amenities including a private restaurant and speakeasy, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas and a fitness center, a spa with sauna and treatment rooms, wellness center, a children's playroom, and a pickleball court. In total, residents will be able to enjoy 50,000 square feet of luxury amenities that serve as an extension of their home.
