Both Castillo and Crumpacker were arrested by Naperville Police and charged with one count of Burglary, a Class 2 felony. However, it is important to note that these charges are merely accusations and both defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The Naperville Police would like to remind both the public and news media that a charge does not equate to guilt and it is important to allow for due process before making any assumptions about a case.
