SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 3, 2025 ~ BeyondTrucks, a leading provider of transportation management systems (TMS), has announced that Natasha Martinez, head of fleet success, has been named the overall winner of this year's Women in Supply Chain Award in the Workforce Development category. The award, presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, recognizes female leaders and executives who have made significant contributions to the supply chain industry.

As the head of fleet success at BeyondTrucks, Martinez has played a crucial role in mentoring fleet clients and their teams on their journey towards implementing transformative technology. With her extensive experience in warehousing, dispatch, and driver management roles, Martinez brings a unique perspective to her leadership position at BeyondTrucks.

Hans Galland, CEO of BeyondTrucks, praised Martinez for her exceptional ability to develop and train workforce talent while also helping organizations benefit from technological advancements. He noted that her work goes beyond just implementing technology but also involves reimagining work within fleets.

Martinez's career in the supply chain industry began in 1997 and she has since held various roles in private fleets for some of the country's largest grocers. Her experience on the warehouse floor, loading dock, and in the cab has been invaluable in her current role at BeyondTrucks where she works with some of the leading minds in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for transportation.

In addition to her work at BeyondTrucks, Martinez is also a sought-after speaker at industry conferences such as the American Trucking Associations and The National Tank Truck Carriers. She is also a core member of BeyondTrucks' senior team where she works closely with fleet customers to redesign operational processes using AI technology.

Martinez expressed her gratitude for receiving this award and credited her colleagues at BeyondTrucks for their support.
