BOYNTON BEACH, FL - High intensity self defense training typically requires years of dedicated practice to become effective. However, a specialized system used by elite military units is coming to Florida to challenge that timeline. Grandmaster Pedro Rodriguez will host an intensive seminar on Rapid Assault Tactics (R.A.T.), a "plug and play" combative system designed to end violent confrontations in three seconds or less.

Originally developed by Sifu Paul Vunak for US Navy SEAL Team 6, the R.A.T. system was engineered for high stress environments where there is no room for error. GM Pedro Rodriguez, a direct student of Vunak for over 30 years, will lead the event, stripping away traditional martial arts "fluff" to focus on the essential DNA of real world violence.
