ORLANDO, Fla. - TelAve -- NCSA proudly announces the winners of its 2026 Service All-Star Awards, recognizing exceptional individuals, teams, and organizations whose dedication to service excellence makes a meaningful difference.

Now in their 15th year, the All-Star Awards celebrate those who consistently go above and beyond, put people first, and set an example of outstanding service within their organizations and communities.

The 2026 NCSA Service All-Star Award winners are:

• Team of the Year: Palm Beach County Tax Collector, Client Care and Research Center
• Organization of the Year: Lighthouse Works
