New Tutoring Service Brings One-on-One Instruction to Apopka Families
TelAve News/10894232
APOPKA, Fla. - TelAve -- APOPKA, FL — Parents in Orange and Seminole County now have a new option when their student hits a wall in math or needs targeted preparation for the SAT, ACT, or Florida's state exams. Cooperdyne Learning, a tutoring service based in Apopka, launched this spring to serve middle and high school students across the region.
Diane DiSanza, Founder and Owner of Cooperdyne Learning, built the business around one idea: every student deserves a plan built for them.
"No two students struggle the same way," DiSanza said. "A one-size-fits-all program misses the point. We sit down with each family, identify exactly where the student needs support, and build a plan around that."
Cooperdyne Learning offers one-on-one sessions only. The service covers math subjects from pre-algebra through calculus, SAT and ACT preparation, and Florida exam readiness including FAST and B.E.S.T. assessments. Sessions run online or in-person.

Every tutor passes a background check and a teaching demonstration before working with any student. After each session, parents receive a written progress note covering what the student worked on, what clicked, and what comes next.
"Parents should never have to guess what happened in the session," DiSanza said. "They hear from us every single time."
Cooperdyne Learning also supports families using Step Up for Students scholarships, including the Family Empowerment Scholarship, FES-EO, FES-UA, PEP, and New Worlds Reading Scholarship. These state-funded programs reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket tutoring costs for qualifying families.
DiSanza said the tutoring market in Central Florida trends toward large national franchises and online marketplaces where students rotate through different tutors and parents receive little feedback. Cooperdyne Learning takes the opposite approach.

"You work with the same tutor every week. You get a written report after every session. You always know where your student stands," she said.
Cooperdyne Learning serves families in Apopka, Wekiva Springs, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, and surrounding communities. Families can schedule a free discovery call or book a session directly at cooperdynelearning.com.
