OPC is proud to celebrate its 20th anniversary as well as being named named a 2025 New Jersey Top Workplace.

TOMS RIVER, N.J. - TelAve -- Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC), a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to serving youth and families in Ocean County, is proud to celebrate its 20th anniversary of community impact and excellence in care coordination. As a testament to its commitment to both its mission and its team, OPC has also been named a 2025 New Jersey Top Workplace—a prestigious honor recognizing the state's best employers based on employee feedback.

Founded in 2005, Ocean Partnership for Children has provided vital services to over 20,000 youth and their families through a community-based approach that promotes emotional and behavioral wellness. As the Care Management Organization (CMO) for Ocean County, OPC partners with families, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure that every child receives individualized, strength-based support.

"Reaching our 20th anniversary is a powerful milestone," said Victoria Azzopardi, Ocean Partnership for Children CEO. "It reflects the dedication of our staff, the trust of the families we serve, and the strength of our partnerships across Ocean County. Being named a Top Workplace in the same year is truly the icing on the cake."

The Top Workplaces award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, which measures 15 culture drivers critical to organizational success. OPC employees cited strong leadership, a meaningful mission, and a culture of respect and inclusion as key strengths of the organization.

Throughout July, OPC will commemorate its anniversary with community outreach events, staff recognitions, and a special celebration honoring its history, achievements, and future goals.

"As we look to the future, we remain committed to empowering youth and families and building a stronger, more connected community," Azzopardi added. "We're incredibly grateful to all who have been part of this journey."
