OfficeSpaces.co Launches Company Formation Services for U.S. and Canadian Entrepreneurs
TelAve News/10907675
NEW YORK - TelAve -- New guided services connect company registration with business addresses, communications, and practical tools for operating a growing business.
OfficeSpaces.co today announced the launch of company formation services for entrepreneurs establishing businesses in the United States and Canada. The launch begins with guided requests for Delaware LLCs and corporations and for named or numbered Alberta corporations.
Customers can submit their company details through OfficeSpaces.co, receive an itemized quote, review and sign the required authorization, and follow their request through a company workspace. The OfficeSpaces team reviews each request and coordinates the applicable filing steps. The workspace also gives customers a place to access available company documents, messages, receipts, and reminders.
For U.S. businesses, OfficeSpaces.co offers Delaware formation requests and can coordinate registered agent services, with the scope and renewal costs confirmed in each customer's quote. In Canada, its Alberta service supports incorporation requests through an authorized registry provider. Business address and virtual office services may be added separately where available and appropriate for the customer's needs.

"Starting a company involves more than filing a form," said James Postrasija, Founder of OfficeSpaces.co. "Entrepreneurs also need a way to manage documents, receive business correspondence, communicate with customers, and keep moving after registration. We're bringing those steps closer together in one platform."
The new services extend the OfficeSpaces.co platform, which includes workspace discovery, virtual offices, business phone tools, customer communications, booking, website creation, and document tools. Formation fees, government charges, registered agent services, and optional office subscriptions are presented separately for customer review before they commit.
Customers can learn more or begin a request at officespaces.co/delaware-company-formation (https://www.officespaces.co/delaware-company-formation) and officespaces.co/alberta-company-incorporation (https://www.officespaces.co/alberta-company-incorporation).
