Pathways to Opportunity Hosts Third Annual TopGolf Fundraiser on February 15, 2026

TelAve News/10886573
FORT MYERS, Fla. - TelAve -- Pathways to Opportunity (PTO) invites the community to swing into action at the Third Annual Fairways to Opportunity. This fundraiser is taking place Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at TopGolf Fort Myers, located at 2021 Top Golf Way, Fort Myers, FL 33913.

Guests are encouraged to come brunch and play golf while supporting the Pathways Birdies, a group of PTO participants who are discovering confidence, discipline, and joy through the game of golf. This inclusive program provides recreational and developmental opportunities that help build communication skills, focus, teamwork, and self-esteem—opening doors within a sport that has traditionally been difficult to access.

PTO, a Goodwill Southwest Florida day training program, supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities through skill‑building classes taught by trained professionals and community partners. Held both on-site and throughout the community, these programs help participants grow, connect, and thrive.

This year's Fairways to Opportunity initiative aims to raise $16,000 to support enriching golf activities for Pathways Birdies, including:
  • A weeklong golf camp at Tiburón Golf Club
  • Opportunities to play at a variety of local golf courses
  • Golf clubs, apparel, and equipment
  • Transportation to ensure full participation

These funds help ensure participants have everything they need to learn, grow, and thrive—both on and off the golf course.
