Integrate Anything
In addition to PSTN trunks, SIP trunks, and cloud-resident or on-premise PBXs, SBC-enabled system integrations with Teams may incorporate legacy such endpoints as Key Systems, pro-audio voice and video systems, analog intercoms, and traditional annunciator-and-notification systems.
No Headaches
"With a Patton SBC solution, organizations that use Microsoft Teams can choose with confidence any business-class telephony calling service they prefer," said Buddy Oliver, Vice President of Product Management at Patton, "with no worries about interoperability delays during implementation or troubleshooting headaches during operation."
Assured Interoperability
Fully interoperable with Teams and the Direct Routing feature, Patton's Teams session border controller enables Teams users to employ an external SIP or PSTN communications service provider for external phone calls while realizing the benefits of the unified communications platform.
