HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - TelAve -- Qualis Corporation is pleased to announce and welcome Mr. Jon Cabra as its new Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth, reporting to Qualis CEO and President Roderick Duke.

Cabra will lead the corporate strategy and business development team, as well as manage and direct key science and technology efforts on-going at Qualis.  While leading the corporate growth strategies, he will collaborate with all Qualis business groups to drive critical development initiatives across the company. Cabra will serve as a key member of the Qualis executive team and adviser to the CEO to help shape the company's overall strategic direction.

Prior to joining Qualis Cabra led the Avionics Products Division at Dynetics that included products, services and technical solutions for the Army, Air Force, Navy and joint DoD programs.  He was responsible for the development, implementation, overall administration and management of the organization.
