In October, the company, whose head office is in Derby and also has a branch in South Shields, achieved several significant milestones across multiple service area, setting new benchmarks for both completions and revenue performance.

Last month, instructions revenue rose by 5% compared to October 2024, marking consistent year-on-year growth. October also saw a record number of overall conveyancing completions, up 11% on the previous best month in July 2025.

It recorded its highest ever remortgage completions, increasing by 8% compared with the previous best of July 2025, along with the highest-ever levels of standard remortgage, transfer of equity, and equity release, which were up collectively by 3% on its previous best figures from March 2025.

It also enjoyed its strongest month to date for ancillary products such as Wills, Surveys, and Specialist Property Reports, up 11% on the previous record made in September 2025.
