Scheduled to begin April 17, 2026, the program is built upon the recently expanded Resilient Leadership 2.0 framework. • Advanced Curriculum: Master 8 "Core Practices" for client resilience and the 6 key patterns of organizational reactivity.
• Data-Driven Coaching: Exclusive access to proprietary RL Online Self-Assessment and 360-degree instruments to track tangible client progress.
• Elite Credentials: ICF-certified coaches will earn 40 ICF Core Credits, along with a five-year certification as a Resilient Leadership Coach.

The core training concludes on May 15, 2026, followed by four monthly deep-dive sessions to ensure long-term mastery and application of the RL toolkit.
