How RH+ Works

Each week, operators enter key business metrics — including labor, revenue by channel, and operational costs — into the RH+ weekly input form. The platform analyzes the data and returns three deliverables: an Operational Score rated from 0 to 100, a ranked priority list, and a professional executive report suitable for management team review. The entire process takes under 15 minutes.

"The goal is prime cost clarity before Monday morning," Van Gundy said. "Operators should walk into the week knowing exactly where they stand and what to focus on — not finding out what went wrong three weeks later on a P&L."

What's Included

The RH+ platform includes weekly performance scoring, profitability analysis, historical trend tracking, action planning tools, multi-location support, mobile accessibility on any device, admin, and multi-unit viewing. The platform also includes a suite of interactive planning workbooks covering labor control, budget development, and manager accountability systems.
