Sergio's journey began in 2017 when he left a corporate role raising capital for a real estate developer. With income from day trading, he created space to explore different paths. Over the next several years, he worked across marketing, hedge funds, e-commerce, and operational systems inside seven and eight figure companies. The road was not linear.
These experiences led to the creation of The Impact Society. The agency offers full-service support across content strategy, social media systems, press placements, podcast bookings, magazine features, and digital PR distribution. It also executes large-scale visibility campaigns such as billboards, helping clients position themselves as authorities within their markets while expanding their reach.

Since entering the marketing space in 2018, Sergio has worked with entrepreneurs across more than 25 industries and led over 1,350 strategy sessions and campaigns. Many of these clients have generated substantial revenue growth by improving their positioning and strengthening their distribution. In parallel, he has built backend operational systems for high-performing companies and applied the same frameworks to grow his own personal brand to nearly 250,000 followers.
Three core principles guide his work: how you do one thing is how you do everything, better known beats best, and identity drives long-term consistency. These ideas shape not only client strategy but also how The Impact Society approaches execution at every level.
Sergio is direct about the realities of the marketing and PR industry. It is filled with operators who overpromise and underdeliver, focusing heavily on sales while lacking the systems and experience required to fulfill at a high level.
