Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown to Host Mother's Day Brunch May 10

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - TelAve -- The Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown will celebrate Mother's Day with a special brunch Sunday, May 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will feature an extensive buffet and a welcoming setting for families to gather and honor the occasion.
The brunch will offer a variety of starters, including classic Caesar salad, quinoa salad with lemon vinaigrette, spinach and baby kale salad with strawberries, oranges, candied walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette, potato salad, caprese salad, seasonal fresh fruit, vegetable antipasto, cheese and charcuterie, shrimp cocktail and a smoked salmon display with traditional garnishes.
Side dishes will include whipped mashed potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables, green beans almondine and creamy mushroom risotto.

Brunch favorites will feature made-to-order omelets, an assorted sausage selection, mesquite-smoked bacon, breakfast potatoes with onions and peppers, scrambled eggs and red and green chile sauces.
A carving station will offer prime rib with au jus and creamy horseradish, along with roasted turkey with gravy. Additional entrées will include salmon Rockefeller, green chile and poblano pepper chicken, beef bourguignon and red chile beef enchiladas.
"We look forward to welcoming families for Mother's Day and creating a memorable experience for everyone at the table," said Damen Kompanowski, general manager of the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown. "It's a meaningful opportunity to bring the community together and celebrate the mothers and loved ones who make a difference every day."
Reservations are required. Pricing is $59 for adults, $29 for children ages 5 to 10, and complimentary for children 4 and under.
