SARASOTA, Fla. - TelAve -- Signature Holdings Corporation ("Signature Holdings" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Elliot Grundmanis to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Grundmanis brings to the Board extensive experience in strategic financial management and corporate leadership across multiple industries. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Fika Company, where he oversees all financial operations and strategic planning of the company.

Prior to joining The Fika Company, Mr. Grundmanis held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Hudson's Bay Company from April 2020 through December 2022. In that capacity, he was responsible for corporate financial planning, managing high-growth digital initiatives, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency during periods of significant market disruption.

From 2014 to 2020, Mr. Grundmanis served in various senior management roles at HBC, including Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, and Head of Investor Relations, where he contributed to the organization's multi-national expansion and while developing robust financial controls and oversite.

Mr. Grundmanis holds an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University, with additional graduate study at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Kinesiology from The University of British Columbia.
