SIRS-E Introduces Expanded Custom & OEM LED Solutions for Professional Manufacturers
TelAve News/10892608
ROSENBERG, Texas - TelAve -- SIRS Electronics, Inc. (SIRS-E), a U.S.-based manufacturer of UL-certified LED lighting systems, is expanding its Custom & OEM LED Solutions program to better support manufacturers, system integrators, and professional lighting developers who require engineered lighting systems built to precise specifications.
In commercial and architectural lighting environments, component reliability is not optional. Failures lead to downtime, safety concerns, and costly redesigns. Many OEM teams today are re-evaluating their supply chains as compliance standards tighten and performance expectations rise.
SIRS-E's approach centers on domestic engineering, controlled manufacturing, and certified safety compliance.
The company designs and manufactures LED strips, panels, and control systems in the United States, with an emphasis on electrical reliability, long-term durability, and UL certification. Rather than adapting generic imported components, SIRS-E works directly with OEM partners to configure lighting systems that align with voltage requirements, density specifications, control protocols, and installation constraints from the outset.

Supporting Demanding Professional Environments
Applications range from stage and show lighting systems requiring DMX compatibility to architectural integrations where consistent output and thermal stability are critical. Each project is reviewed through a technical lens before production begins.
"We see a clear shift in the industry," said Diego Iorio, CEO & Founder at SIRS Electronics, Inc. "Manufacturers are moving away from uncertain supply chains and inconsistent component quality. They want engineering accountability. They want certification. They want support they can actually reach. That's where we focus."
Unlike mass-market LED products designed for retail environments, SIRS-E's OEM solutions are built for professional integration. The company supports product developers with documentation, wiring guidance, and compatibility insight to ensure proper implementation within larger lighting systems.
Domestic Manufacturing with Compliance in Mind

UL certification remains a central part of the company's positioning. As inspection standards evolve and commercial buyers prioritize compliance, certified components help reduce project risk and simplify approvals. SIRS-E maintains testing and quality oversight as part of its manufacturing process.
For OEM customers, the benefit is practical: predictable performance, consistent output, and access to a technical team that understands electrical systems.
