CAPE CORAL, Fla. - TelAve -- Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina is now offering morning food options with the addition of Yunta Espresso, a coffee and breakfast cart from resident food truck, Yunta Cuban.

With a selection of grab-and-go items ideal for morning commuters and boaters fueling up for a day on the water, Yunta Espresso features an array of Cuban-inspired hot and iced coffee, breakfast sandwiches, burritos and more. Menu highlights include items such as the Croissant on the Bay with ham, scrambled eggs and American cheese; the Marina Muffin, which features bacon, scrambled eggs and American cheese on an English muffin; and the Sunrise Breakfast Burrito, which includes Spanish chorizo, bell peppers, onion, potatoes, scrambled eggs and Monterrey Jack cheese. Yunta Espresso also offers daily Wake-Up Waves combos, including the empanada of the day paired with a Cuban latte, and a cafecito espresso with a guava cream cheese pastry.

The cart will be open 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. daily. Orders can be made directly at the food cart, which is located adjacent to Yunta Cuban's food truck. Regular park hours will remain with the Fuel Dock open daily at 8 a.m., The Helm Bar open Sunday through Friday at 10 a.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m., and regular food trucks open daily at 11 a.m.

The coffee and breakfast cart joins another new addition to Slipaway's line-up. Street Wok made its Slipaway debut early last month offering classic Asian flavors. Highlights range from bao buns, crab rangoons and egg rolls to entrees such as General Tso's chicken, Mongolian beef and tonkotsu ramen.

There is no entrance fee to the park, and visitors are welcome to arrive by boat and tie up at one of the venue's 26 docks or arrive by car and park onsite for free. Overflow parking and complimentary shuttle are available, visit SlipawayCape.com/contact for directions.
