Smarta Energy Marks Two Years of Growth
TelAve News/10895340
WEST YORKSHIRE, U.K. - TelAve -- Leeds-based energy consultancy Smarta Energy is celebrating its second anniversary, marking two years of growth, collaboration, and increasing impact across the UK energy sector.
Since launching in April 2024, the business has become a trusted partner for organisations seeking to manage energy costs, improve efficiency, and navigate an increasingly complex market. Working across multiple sectors, Smarta Energy supports businesses in taking a more proactive, commercially focused approach to energy.
This growth reflects a shift away from traditional, transactional services towards a more strategic model. By combining energy management, procurement expertise, and on-site generation solutions, Smarta Energy helps organisations move beyond treating energy as a fixed cost, instead positioning it as a controllable and optimisable part of their operations.
Alongside its commercial development, Smarta Energy has built strong industry partnerships, working with suppliers including ENGIE, EDF, Valda Energy, and Crown Gas & Power, while supporting high-profile clients.

The company has expanded rapidly, growing from its co-founders into a team of over 39 employees in just two years, reflecting increasing demand and continued investment in its people.
Smarta Energy has also remained committed to supporting the local community. Recent initiatives include the "Running 9–5 for Cash for Kids" fundraiser, where Group Managing Director Kieran Dixon completed a 74km treadmill challenge to raise funds for disadvantaged children across North and West Yorkshire, alongside planting 74 trees.
This builds on an ongoing partnership with Cash for Kids, with £3,707 raised over the past six months, as well as support for Mission Christmas, where the team helped pack gifts for over 600 children across the region.
Kieran Dixon, Group Managing Director at Smarta Energy, said:
"Reaching two years is a significant milestone. We've built strong foundations and, more importantly, a team and network focused on delivering real value for our clients.
The energy market continues to evolve, bringing both challenge and opportunity. Our focus is on helping businesses navigate that complexity with confidence, while continuing to grow in a way that stays true to our values."

Smarta Energy has also created opportunities within the local community, offering internships and placement roles to support career development, underpinned by a culture focused on flexibility, communication, and wellbeing.
One employee commented:
"I've been genuinely blown away by the support I've received since joining Smarta. Lee and Kieran, in particular, go above and beyond, as long as you communicate, they'll do everything they can to support you. It's great to feel recognised for your hard work, while also having that understanding if you're ever struggling."
This people-first approach continues to support the company's growth, helping to attract and retain talent while building a strong team.
Looking ahead, Smarta Energy | Utility Management (https://www.smartaenergy.com/) plans to further expand its capabilities across energy management, on-site generation, and infrastructure delivery.
