The 21st Annual Builders St. Charles Home Show, presented by James Hardie, is the place to find the latest home products and services and get expert home improvement advice from hundreds of local home pros - and admission and parking are free!

ST. CHARLES, Mo. - TelAve -- The show, produced by the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri, helps people find what they need for their homes, inside and out, including kitchens and baths, decks, fencing, windows, siding, doors, pools, spas and more. Visitors save time by comparing products side-by-side and save money with valuable show specials. The Show is also a fun family day out.

Get expert gardening advice from Bevin Cohen, award-winning author, herbalist, owner of Small House Farm and host of the popular Seeds & Weeds podcast. He offers lectures across the country on the benefits of living closer to the land through seeds, herbs, and locally grown food. He's the author or editor of more than ten books, including Saving Our Seeds and The Artisan Herbalist.

In his presentation Grow an Herb Garden Bevin will talk about planning, planting and caring for herbs for a bountiful harvest, covering topics like starting herbs from seed, propagation and container gardening, plus harvesting and storage techniques. He will present Grow Your Best Tomatoes and share how to maximize harvests with the least amount of work, covering soil health, planting methods, mulching, pruning, trellising, and sharing secrets he's learned over a lifetime of gardening.
