Advantai Group spins out AI enabled platform to streamline business operations and optimise the customer lifecycle.
SYDNEY - TelAve -- The platform powering Australia's biggest telcos is now available to more businesses across multiple industries wanting to intelligently assemble products and services at scale.
The Advantai Group, a leader in telecommunications enablement and subscription management today announced the spin-out of Staqr, a powerful AI enabled SaaS platform as well as the formation of the new Staqr technology business.
Advantai Group CEO, David Joss said Staqr is built on decades of technical experience and developed by a team who have faced the realities of scaling, the friction of siloed systems and witnessed the challenges businesses are facing adopting AI.
"It's an enormous privilege for our people and technology to be trusted with managing the operations for our existing telecommunications clients and their millions of customers.
Now with the launch of Staqr our AI enhanced core platform set to underpin these operations, we mark the start of an exciting new era for our business, enabling organisations across multiple industries to package and bill for multiple products and services," said Joss.

Staqr will reimagine how product and customer operations work, replacing fragmented systems and manual processes with one intelligent, autonomous stack.
While our SaaS environment includes a fully integrated toolkit spanning operations, billing, customer relationship management, marketing engagement and reporting, the innovation here will reside not only within the individual modules, but in the orchestration layer above them," said Joss.
Director of Sales for Staqr, Geoff Noble, said the proliferation of AI, particularly large language models has dramatically changed the way both individuals and enterprise engage with business tools and software.
"We're incorporating that new way of working into the Staqr experience. It's intuitiveness facilitates the rapid deployment of new products, offers and customer experiences, reducing time-to-market from months to minutes," said Noble.
