FORT MYERS, Fla. - TelAve -- Stevens Construction has completed a build-out of Crews Bank & Trust located at 14261 S. Tamiami Trail, Unit 5 in Fort Myers, announced Joseph Cimilluca, special projects division manager, Stevens Construction.

In 12 weeks, Stevens Construction's special projects team transformed a vacant 2,000-square-foot existing unit within The Park Shops at Andrea Lane into a full-service banking location as the surrounding tenants remained operational. Offering commercial lending, business and retail banking, treasury management and estate planning, the new branch includes a concierge desk, client lounge area with coffee bar, offices, conference room and break area.

Crews Bank & Trust is now opening and serving clients from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Stevens Construction team includes Special Projects Manager Zach Mascarelli, Special Projects Superintendent Jessie Sema and Special Projects Administrator Taylor Albers. The project was designed by Creactive in Association with Studio for Architecture.
