The company provided vital American Sign Language interpreting services for the fourth consecutive year, enhancing the experience for deaf and hard-of-hearing attendees during the two-week-long event.

The company deployed dozens of skilled ASL interpreters for the daily music concerts, ensuring that everyone, regardless of hearing abilities, could fully enjoy performances by renowned artists.

This year's fair saw hip-hop duo Salt-N-Pepa electrifying the audience at Chevy Court. Notably, Geneva Worldwide engaged the services of Amber Galloway-Gallego, founder of Amber G. Productions, renowned for interpreting live music events for the deaf and hard of hearing. Galloway-Gallego and her team of interpreters brought the music to life for 16,300 fairgoers, ensuring an unforgettable experience for the audience.
The interpreters contracted through Geneva Worldwide, including those led by Amber Galloway-Gallego, demonstrated their expertise and commitment for the entire duration of the fair. Their work goes beyond the stage, ensuring individuals with hearing impairments can fully participate in various events, from concerts to racing pigs and Houdini acts.
Geneva Worldwide has consistently provided language services for almost two decades for New York (Contract Number Award #23253 for Language Services – Temporary Personnel [Statewide]). The latest contract renewal extends their continued commitment for five more years.
