~ On January 16, 2025, an adult male was arrested by the Tacoma Police Department following an extensive investigation into a series of robberies targeting elderly women. The suspect, whose identity has not been released, was taken into custody after multiple reports were received from elderly women who had been approached and robbed of cash and purses.
