TOMS RIVER, N.J. - TelAve -- The HOPE Center also provided everyday necessities that make a significant difference, including coats, diapers, blankets, and other Gifts of Warmth. In total, hundreds of items were distributed to help individuals face each day with greater comfort and security.
"This time of year, reminds us that even in difficult seasons, there is always the opportunity for renewal," said Amy VanBezooijen, Executive Director of The HOPE Center. "We see it every day in the strength of the people we serve and in the generosity of those who step forward to help. Together, we are building something stronger than need. We are building community."
"As we look back on 2025 and the impact The HOPE Center has made on the lives within our reach, we are overwhelmingly grateful for all you are and all you have done in support of The HOPE Center, our mission, and all those we serve," VanBezooijen added. "We find ourselves counting our blessings each and every day because we are honored and privileged to be a witness to countless acts of kindness, compassion, and generosity. The heart of The HOPE Center is found in you, our dear friends who donate, our amazing volunteers who share their energy, enthusiasm, and understanding each day in assisting our clients, and our generous community partners who believe in the work we do and consider The HOPE Center a trusted and valued partner in using the resources they share to best serve the most vulnerable in our community."
