Triumph Donnelly Studios LLC is Representing as the Seniors Representative to file suit against Travel and Leisure Group Co, their parent company Wyndham Destinations LLC, their CEO Michael Brown and their General Counsel James "Jim" Savina" for fraud, deceptive business practices, high pressure sales tactics, refusal to refund, refusal to cancel their "dangerous perpetual contractual agreement" which means your stuck with them for life and more..A senior victim from Arizona, her name is being kept private for her privacy in May of 2000 purchaed 7000 credit points via their then company name Club Wyndam  which has changed over the years which is very questionable. After paying $9,900.00 to said company the Senior member was denied access to timeshares, changed higher fees unnanounced , maintenance fees increased from $300.00 to $1,000.00 when the Senior had no association with any of their alleged properties via further violations of the Consumer Timeshare Act after the contract was paid in full. Because of the fraud, deception, unethical practices to damage members, the Senior did not pay any further monies towrds their fraud. Hence, after not using the membership for the violations after they haqd been paid in full the Senior requested a full refund of the $9,900.00 plus the additional $4,400.00 paid for a total of $14,300.00, they refused. They refused to cancel the "dangerous perpetaul contract for life" which has caused the senior severe financial hardship, extreme pain & suffering and more.
