TVCG Expands Community Outreach Through Local Health Fair Engagement in Massachusetts
TelAve News/10894041
Michael White connects with community members at Sudbury Community Health Fair
SUDBURY, Mass. - TelAve -- The Vascular Care Group (TVCG), the largest independent group of board‑certified vascular specialists in the United States, continues to strengthen its commitment to advancing awareness of vascular disease and promoting earlier diagnosis and treatment through community outreach and education. TVCG's mission centers on preserving both life and limb by addressing vascular conditions that often go undetected until they become serious.
Vascular disease, including peripheral artery disease (PAD), affects millions of Americans and remains significantly underdiagnosed and undertreated, particularly among high‑risk and underserved populations. When left untreated, these conditions can lead to chronic pain, non‑healing wounds, limb loss, and serious cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke. Despite these risks, screening and early evaluation remain underutilized.

To help close this gap, TVCG recently participated in the Sudbury Community Health Fair in Massachusetts, engaging directly with area residents to provide education on vascular health, common symptoms, and available treatment options.
Representing TVCG at the event was Michael White, Marketing & Community Relations Manager, who connected with community members interested in learning more about vascular disease and the importance of early evaluation. While screenings were not conducted at this event, attendance and engagement were high, with many participants seeking information and asking questions about vascular symptoms and care.
"Community outreach is essential in helping individuals recognize that symptoms they may be experiencing are not simply a part of everyday life, but may be signs of an underlying vascular condition," said White. "These conversations allow us to increase awareness and help people seek care earlier, when treatment can make the greatest impact."
