The governance vote includes twenty (20) formal ballot questions designed to align corporate oversight, compliance sequencing, and operational execution prior to exchange trading.
The Company stated that governance is being conducted first to ensure disciplined market preparation and structured activation.

Governance Portal Access & Timeline The official governance portal is located at:

Voting will remain open for (7) calendar days from the official activation time. Eligible participants may vote at any time during this period.
Prior to the formal opening, the portal may temporarily display a password requirement as an administrative safeguard.
The password restriction will be removed on the day of the governance meeting once the voting window officially opens. No investor rights are impacted by this temporary access measure.
SMPRA Market Activation
Following the conclusion of the governance vote, the Company expects the Maya Preferred PRA Preferred Class Regulated Security Token (SMPRA) to open for trading early next week on CATEX Exchange, subject to regulatory sequencing and exchange coordination.
The Company advises stakeholders and affiliated trading participants to wait until the governance vote concludes before initiating market activity.
