SHERIDAN, Wyo. - TelAve -- Ultimate Business Capital (UBC), a private credit firm established in 2014, has launched Institutional Services, a dedicated offering for professional buyers and commercial entities operating in the secondary market for business receivables.
The new service provides proprietary deal sourcing, documentation coordination, and administrative support for buyers acquiring commercial receivables in aggregate tranches of $1,000,000 or greater.
