The development will offer an unparalleled combination of amenities that will elevate the way residents live, work, shop, and dine close to home. At full build-out, Legacy Park will feature 300,000 square feet of upscale retail space including chef-driven sit-down restaurants. It will also include 2,500 contemporary multifamily residences for those looking for a luxurious living experience.

One of the highlights of Legacy Park will be a 600-room resort hotel developed by The Athens Group. The renowned developer behind timeless properties for Four Seasons, Montage and Marriott is excited to be working on this project with Vestar. Larcher believes that The Athens Group's expertise will ensure that the resort at Legacy Park offers lodging and event venues on par with top global destinations.

In addition to these amenities, Legacy Park will also feature 3.4 million square feet of mid-rise office and corporate campus space, making it an ideal location for businesses.
