Why Scrub Prices Vary So Widely Across Similar-Looking Medical Uniforms
TelAve News/10894779
The online scrubwear brand points to direct manufacturing, fewer retail markups, and practical design choices as the reason behind its lower pricing.
NEW CITY, N.Y. - TelAve -- NEW YORK - Eipnare, an online scrubwear brand for healthcare professionals, is using its latest company update to explain a question many buyers ask when comparing medical uniforms: why do similar-looking scrubs often carry very different prices?
The brand says the answer is less about fabric quality and more about the business model behind the garment.
According to Eipnare, much of the price difference in modern scrubwear comes from marketing spend, wholesale layers, retail markups, and limited color drops that create artificial scarcity. Eipnare says it keeps pricing lower by selling directly from its manufacturer, limiting unnecessary middle steps, and focusing on core styles that can stay available over time.

"We are not trying to make scrubs feel exclusive," the company said. "We are trying to make them easier to buy, easier to reorder, and easier to wear during long shifts."
Eipnare's scrub sets are positioned around practical daily use. The brand currently highlights six neckline options, including Classic V-Neck, Mandarin Collar, Notch Neck, Henley, Polo Zip, and Split V-Neck. The company says the range is designed to give nurses, doctors, medical students, dental professionals, veterinary staff, and clinic teams more flexibility when choosing uniforms that fit both body type and workplace preference.
Color availability is another part of the company's approach. Instead of relying mainly on short seasonal drops, Eipnare says it keeps 24 colors in stock so individual buyers and workplace teams can reorder more consistently.
The company also points to stretch, softness, movement, and everyday durability as core product priorities. Its goal is to offer polished medical uniforms that feel comfortable during long shifts without pushing buyers into premium-brand pricing.

Eipnare says its direct model allows it to offer a scrub set at $68 while keeping the focus on fit, comfort, and practical design rather than heavy advertising or artificial scarcity.
The company acknowledges that larger premium scrub brands still have stronger brand recognition, more mature mobile experiences, and broader resale visibility. But Eipnare says it is building its position around transparent pricing, reliable stock, and practical uniform design.
"We know healthcare professionals do not buy scrubs for a campaign," the company said. "They buy them because they need something that works every day."
