BRANFORD, Conn. - TelAve -- Branford, CT – Wilson Arms Holdings LLC ("Wilson Arms"), a leading manufacturer of precision rifle barrels since 1954, today announced it has entered a new chapter under private ownership while maintaining unwavering continuity in leadership and manufacturing excellence.
Steve Pawl, who has been instrumental in Wilson Arms' success for 44 years, was promoted to Chief Executive Officer, ensuring seamless operations and preserving the craftsmanship standards that have defined Wilson Arms for seven decades.
"Wilson Arms was built on a foundation of precision, reliability, and trust," said Steve Pawl, CEO of Wilson Arms. "While ownership has changed, our commitment to our customers, our standards, and our mission remains absolutely constant. The same team, the same processes, and the same dedication to excellence that our partners have relied on for 70 years continues stronger than ever."
Founded in 1954, Wilson Arms has established itself as a trusted supplier to firearms manufacturers across civilian, law enforcement, and military sectors. The company's vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities—from blanks to finished barrels—enable it to deliver both custom prototypes and full-scale production runs that perform in the most demanding environments.

"Our customers can expect the same responsive service, the same quality standards, and the same reliable delivery they've always received from Wilson Arms," Pawl added. "This ownership transition strengthens our foundation and positions us for continued growth while honoring the legacy built over the past 70 years."
Wilson Arms continues to operate from its 18,000 square feet Branford, Connecticut facility, where the company maintains its complete manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise. Wilson Arms returns to the NSSF SHOT Show for the first time in several years, as an exhibitor in the Suppliers Showcase (booth 52641) to spend time in person with existing customers, meet new customers as well as looking to hire the next generation of leadership and sell through some significantly discounted legacy inventory.
