WAXAHACHIE, Texas - TelAve -- Waxahachie's YaYa's Yuniversity and STEM For Kids® announce the success of their Root Protocol™ pilot, achieving a 100% student engagement rate. This program combats the "digital curiosity crisis" by training educators to lead hands-on STEM lessons for Pre-K scholars.
Bridging the Digital Gap
Moving kids from passive consumption to active creation, the pilot used the Root Protocol curriculum to foster resilience through engineering challenges. Kenyatta Henderson, Executive Director of YaYa's Yuniversity, noted that scholars became more confident, exploring and iterating on designs like prosthetic hands. STEM For Kids Founder Moni Singh added that equipping staff with these play-based tools nurtures innate curiosity in our youngest learners.
