TelAve News/10902025
ST. LOUIS - TelAve -- The Association of Corporate Counsel has once again honored its St. Louis Chapter with the global 2025 Gold Chapter of Distinction Award. This marks the Chapter's eighth consecutive year receiving this prestigious international recognition, placing it among an elite group of chapters selected from more than 60 chapters worldwide.
In addition to the Gold Chapter of Distinction earlier this year, the Chapter was also awarded the global 2025 Best Innovative Programming Award. The award honors the Chapter's creative four-part series, "Checkmate!: How Chess Strategy Can Make You a Better Litigator," hosted in partnership with the World Chess Hall of Fame. The program combined chess lessons taught by Grandmasters in Residence with a CLE capstone on how polarization influences jury verdicts, complete with a live blitz match by a Grandmaster.
The Gold Chapter of Distinction Award evaluates chapters globally on excellence in governance, operations, membership engagement, educational programming, and community involvement. The Chapter earned the 2025 distinction based on its comprehensive Chapter Activity Survey, which highlights impactful initiatives and achievements from the preceding year.
