This international recognition celebrates the Chapter's groundbreaking Diversity and Inclusion Summer Internship Program, which has been instrumental in fostering a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.

The Chapter's innovative internship program provides first-year law students from underrepresented backgrounds with invaluable hands-on experience in St. Louis corporations. By immersing these talented individuals in the world of in-house counsel, the program aims to inspire and equip them for successful legal careers.
