Acrolinx Receives KCS Aligned Certification
TelAve News/10595457
The company's AI-powered content governance platform delivers automation to accelerate, scale, and measure enterprise KCS® initiatives
BOSTON - TelAve -- Acrolinx today announced its AI-powered content governance platform has received the Knowledge Centered Service (KCS®) Aligned designation from the KCS Academy of the Consortium for Service Innovation. In addition, Acrolinx now has a KCS V6 Certified practitioner focused solely on the company's KCS solution.
The KCS Academy offers a KCS Aligned designation for vendors that provide tools (software and systems) or services (consulting and training) that complement and enable KCS best practices in the workplace.
"We are pleased to have Acrolinx as a KCS v6 Aligned vendor" said Matt Seaman, Executive Director of the Consortium for Service Innovation. "The AI platform helps companies with iterative improvement of their knowledge articles supporting many roles within a KCS implementation. KCS program managers can deliver content standards within the creation tool. KCS Coaches can spend more time talking about the 'why' as opposed to the 'what'. The entire organization benefits from quality checks throughout the lifecycle, ensuring companies can identify articles that don't meet their content standard."

Acrolinx helps many of the world's largest companies write better content, faster, and deliver strategy-aligned content at scale. The platform encourages the adoption of KCS®, which allows more organizational resources to participate in knowledge development initiatives and create better knowledge-centered content — that meets quality and brand standards before it's published. As a result, knowledge articles are more findable, readable, and concise, which boosts customer self-service.
With the option to automate article checking and scoring, companies can deploy KCS® across their entire organization and watch how content evolves. Acrolinx creates uniformity by allowing everyone to produce content that's aligned with the organization's goals.
"We're honored to have received the KCS Aligned designation for Acrolinx," said Ulrich Callmeier, Acrolinx COO and CTO. "This certification underscores our commitment to delivering a platform that complements and enables KCS best practices to support organizations worldwide."
