Alpine Building Performance Launches First Free AI Inspection Forecaster for Real Estate Agents
TelAve News/10889911
DENVER - TelAve -- Alpine Building Performance, a Denver-based residential and commercial inspection firm, today announced the launch of Alpine Intelligence (AI), the inspection industry's first free AI-powered property risk forecaster. The tool is optimized specifically for real estate agents in the Denver metropolitan area.
Alpine Intelligence condenses decades of field experience, historical construction data and region-specific building trends to forecast probable inspection risks before an inspector ever arrives on site. Agents simply upload an MLS property sheet into the custom GPT-powered tool to instantly generate:
The tool also allows users to upload additional documents, such as property disclosures or permit reports, to further refine the forecast.

"The inspection industry is ready for a more proactive standard," said Andrew Sams, owner of Alpine Building Performance. "By analyzing era-based risk factors, including legacy construction materials and region-specific building trends, the tool delivers agents a strategic heads-up before the inspection ever begins."
Unlike generic valuation models or listing analytics tools, Alpine Intelligence is purpose-built for inspection preparedness, equipping agents to shape pre-offer strategy with realistic expectations, proactively coordinate vendors when risks are identified, and access predictive insights in seconds rather than days.
"Progress in this industry comes from smarter preparation," Sams added. "Providing Alpine Intelligence as a free resource gives agents a meaningful advantage, strengthening decision-making well before inspection day."
Alpine Intelligence is a predictive tool intended solely for general informational use and does not replace a professional property inspection or evaluation. The tool is free to use and publicly available at: https://www.alpinebuildingperformance.com/alpine-intelligence.
