FRANKENMUTH, Mich. - TelAve -- Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Restaurant (https://www.bavarianinn.com/) will kick off the holiday season by hosting the "Krampusnacht Holiday Wine Dinner," a German folklore-inspired culinary experience.
This wine dinner will take place on December 5 at 6 p.m. in the European-inspired ambiance of Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Restaurant. Guests can anticipate five elegant courses expertly paired with a glass of wine. To enhance the holiday experience, attendees are encouraged to dress in ugly sweaters; the best sweater of the night will receive a prize from Krampus himself, ensuring an immersive holiday storytelling experience.
Jake Molle of Eagle Eye Brands will guide guests through each pairing, sharing the fascinating history behind each wine pairing. Every wine has been thoughtfully paired with a dish crafted by the talented Bavarian Inn Culinary Team.
The first course of the five will begin with a glass of Brunn Grüner Veltliner paired with Charred Red Pepper Crostini. Following the first course will be Charcoal-Roasted Beet and Apple Salad served alongside a glass of Brunn Blauer Zweigelt, a sophisticated wine of Austria.
